All orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery (unless otherwise specified). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following day. Custom or large event orders may require additional time for preparation.
2. Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery within designated areas. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and accessible. In the event of a failed delivery (due to incorrect address or absence of recipient), we will contact the sender for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
3. Substitution Policy
While we strive to deliver exactly as pictured, seasonal availability may require flower or container substitutions. We ensure any replacement is of equal or greater value and maintains the overall style and color scheme of the original order.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was not delivered as scheduled (excluding force majeure or incorrect address).
- The product arrived in unsatisfactory condition (must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with photos).
